Now that Europe is switching gears from AI policy-making to AI policy-implementation, Digihumanism is committed to contribute in the operationalisation of a humanistic policy and legal framework. We have identified 3 cumulative types of challenges the AI revolution poses to fundamental rights, democracy and the rule of law:  

• the privatisation of power;

• the authoritarian temptation;

• the lack of proper enforcement.

Preventing them through a pro-active approach is our main objective. We have defined our policy priorities accordingly:

1. Ensuring human centric innovation

2. Preserving fair and inclusive democracies

3. Consolidating the humanistic governance of AI
